Author Carl is the trading name of Carl Williams, a local food author and market trader. Carl was featured by the Liverpool Echo while selling his books, preserves and honey at Royal Albert Dock.
Carl makes the preserves in small batches and sells the wider range directly online and at selected markets and events.

Products are packed carefully for UK delivery. Because these are glass jars, orders are packaged to reduce movement and protect the contents in transit.
Please check your delivery details carefully at checkout. Food products should be returned unopened unless they are faulty. If an order is incorrect or arrives damaged, contact Author Carl promptly so it can be resolved. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Stock is made in small batches, so products may occasionally sell out. If a Stripe link is unavailable, that product may be temporarily out of stock.
